Duck Donuts plans to open new location in North Myrtle Beach

A Duck Donuts is coming to North Myrtle Beach, making it the second location on the Grand Strand.

The new Ocean Plaza location, at 779 Main Street, plans to open at 7 a.m. July 9, the store confirmed Monday.

With locations throughout the country, Duck Donuts offers made-to-order, specialty doughnuts and coffee, as well as sandwiches and sundaes. The shop originally started in Duck, North Carolina, its website states. The shop’s menu includes doughnut assortments and doughnuts with bacon on top.

The new North Myrtle Beach location plans to have a hiring event 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 2-July 3.
