Blizzards coming to Pawleys Island — the ice cream type, that is!

Blizzards and cakes and burgers — oh my!

A Dairy Queen is set to open this week in Pawleys Island at the former Hardee’s building at 10391 Ocean Highway, according to its Facebook page.

The new fast food restaurant will be open to customers Thursday for drive-thru orders.

Dairy Queen is known for its Blizzards, ice cream cones and also serves burgers, chicken and other meals.
