Get ready to ‘Pose,’ Grand Strand: Popular Southern rapper returning to House of Blues
Myrtle Beach area, you could soon be “looking at a legend in the flesh.”
Yo Gotti, who uses the phrase in single “Pose” featuring Megan Thee Stallion and Lil Uzi Vert, will be live in the flesh on the Grand Strand for the second year in a row. The Memphis, Tennessee rapper is scheduled to perform a show at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach on May 1.
Yo Gotti released his 10th studio album, “Untrapped,” Jan. 31, and his concert on the Grand Strand is part of a tour promoting his new music through Junes.
Yo Gotti, best known for singles “Rake it Up” and “Down in the DM”, both featuring Nicki Minaj, “Put a Date on It” featuring Lil Baby, and “5 Star,” is scheduled to hit the stage at 8:30 p.m. His last performance here was July 6, 2019.
Yo Gotti has been nominated for three BET Hip Hop Awards and one Soul Train Music Award.
