Are we inching closer to beach weather? Your Myrtle Beach weekend forecast
Sunny days are ahead in the Myrtle Beach area.
The week started off rainy, but has turned into a sunny one with temperatures in the 50s, and that weather will last through the weekend, forecasters say. Temperatures will begin to warm up after the weekend, with highs predicted to be around 65 and 70 at the beginning of the week.
No need to worry about rain or weather that is too cold if you are getting out to vote Saturday. Sunshine and a clear night sky are in the forecast all day Saturday, the National Weather Service reports. It’s possible the Myrtle Beach area could see some wind gusts as high as 22 mph, according to the NWS.
Sunday will also be a sunny and clear day, forecasters say, with a partly cloudy night.
High temperatures over the weekend are in the mid 50s, with low temperatures about 39 degrees Friday night, 34 on Saturday night and 44 on Sunday night, according to the NWS.
