Three artists join lineup for 2020 Carolina Country Music Fest
It’s a new year, which means more artists have been announced to this year’s Carolina Country Music Fest lineup.
Country singers Michael Ray, Riley Green and Joe Diffie will be joining the already impressive lineup of country heavyweights, newcomers and nostalgia during the highly anticipated four-day outdoor event in Myrtle Beach June 4-7.
Ray is known for hits “Kiss You in the Morning” and “Think a Little Less,” while Green hit the country charts in 2018 with “There Was This Girl.” Diffie is a Grammy Award-winning singer who rose to fame in the ‘90s with hits “Pickup Man,” “Third Rock from the Sun” and “If the Devil Danced (In Empty Pockets).”
The trio will join eight other artists who have already been announced, including headliners Luke Combs, Eric Church, Darius Rucker and Jake Owen. John Pardi, Chris Janson, Ashely McBryde and Mitchell Tenpenny will also perform.
The event has become a staple in Myrtle Beach since its inception in 2015, attracting more than 30,000 country music fans who come dressed to party in their cowboy boots and country garb. The annual event is held at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place on Ocean Boulevard between 8th and 9th Avenues North.
The remaining lineup of nearly 30 singers and bands will be announced in the coming months.
