Crash on U.S. 501 in Conway area sends one person to hospital
A driver was transported to the hospital Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle collision on U.S. 501 in the Conway area, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
Crews responded to the wreck involving an overturned vehicle and a propane truck about 5:50 a.m. near East U.S. 501 and Academy Drive, HCFR reports.
The driver of a truck was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, according to HCFR.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is also on scene.
