Two people hospitalized after multi-vehicle crash in Horry County, officials say
Two people have been transported to the hospital following a three-vehicle collision on North Highway 57 just near the state line Friday morning, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
Crews were dispatched about 7 a.m. to North Highway 57 and Worthams Cutoff Road near the Little River area for the crash.
All occupants were able to get out of the vehicles on their own, HCFR said. Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, according to HCFR.
