Here’s where you can donate new socks, underwear for homeless in North Myrtle Beach

The holiday season is the time for giving and joy.

Starting Dec. 1, the North Myrtle Beach Public Safety Department is teaming up with Sea Haven For Youth, an emergency crisis services center, to collect new socks and new underwear for homeless people ages 13 to 21. .

Residents are encouraged to drop off any style or color pack of underwear or socks at any North Myrtle Beach Fire Station location through Dec. 31.

Here’s where you can find the drop-off locations:

Station 1 - 1015 2nd Ave. South

Station 2 - 307 Sea Mountain Highway

Station 3 - 803 33rd Ave. South

Station 4 - 5345 Little River Neck Road

Station 5 - 4740 Barefoot Resort Bridge Road
