At least one dies in wreck at Highway 501 intersection
At least one person died in a car wreck at the intersection of Waccamaw Pines Drive and U.S. 501 on Friday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol online records.
The crash occurred at 7:25 p.m. in Horry County, records say. Authorities have yet to release further information.
