Horry County police looking for missing mother and daughter
Horry County police are looking for a mother and daughter missing since Thursday.
Tonya Caperton, 32, and her daughter, 13-year-old Elizabeth Caperton, were last seen leaving a hotel on Waccamaw Boulevard, according to a police Facebook post that said Tonya Caperton suffers from a medical condition.
