Fog rolling into to Myrtle Beach ahead of rain
It’s cool and cloudy today, and the fog is rolling into Myrtle Beach.
The rest of today is forecast to be cold and rainy.
Pictures taken from the boardwalk show the fog’s affect on visibility. In a picture taken from the Pier 14 Restaurant at 14th Avenue North, the Skywheel is obscured.
Wednesday will be cloudy with temperatures in the mid-50s to upper-40s, according to Accuweather. Starting at 3 p.m., the chance of rain is 54 percent and keeps increasing through the night. By 8 p.m., the chance of rain goes up to 75 percent.
Thursday should be partly sunny with highs in the mid-50s.
The weekend should warm up, with a Friday high temperature of 65 degrees. Saturday’s high should be 71, according to Accuweather.
