A Conway man has been arrested after he pleaded guilty to drug charges, according to a release from 15th Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson.
James Anthony Chestnut, 26, pleaded guilty to distribution of heroin and cocaine-base, second offense, the report states.
Chestnut was sentenced to nine years in prison.
In January Chestnut was charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of firearms and ammunition, discharging firearms into a dwelling, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, resisting arrest and trafficking cocaine, online records show.
On Thanksgiving 2016, Chestnut allegedly shot three people at a home on White Street, leaving them injured.
