One dead after Saturday afternoon wreck
One person has died after a wreck Saturday afternoon, according to Horry County Corner Michelle McSpadden.
Samuel Newcomb, 21, of Murrells Inlet died from injuries sustained in the wreck that occurred near Dick Pond Road and Big Block Road, McSpadden said.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
