Myrtle Beach missing woman case featured on NBC’s Crime Watch Daily
Myrtle Beach NBC viewers saw a familiar case on the true-crime show Crime Watch Daily Monday. The show featured Sidney Moorer’s recent obstruction of justice trial related to the 2013 disappearance of Heather Elvis.
He was found guilty of lying to authorities and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Last year he went to trial for kidnapping Elvis, but that ended in a mistrial. A new trial date has not yet been set.
Elvis has still not been found.
