Myrtle Beach police are diverting drivers in the area of 21st Avene South and Kings Highway, according to a tweet from the department.

ATTENTION MOTORIST

Avoid the area of 21st Ave S and Kings Hwy! Officers are diverting traffic due to a Haz-Mat spill pic.twitter.com/w7glaNKScb

The tweet states that the diversion is due to a haz-mat spill.
