Crash backing up traffic on Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island

A crash labeled as a hit-and-run with injuries on the South Carolina Highway Patrol website is tangling traffic in the Pawleys Island area.

The crash was reported about 1:30 p.m. Friday at 1142 Ocean Highway near Fresh Market, according to the SCHP site.
