Two Myrtle Beach men indicted for illegal re-entry into United States
Two Myrtle Beach men have been indicted for illegal re-entry into the United States on separate occasions, according to a release from U.S. Attorney Beth Drake of the South Carolina district.
Eloy Altamirano-Diaz, 36, and Edgar Benjamin Lopez-Morales, 29, were charged after being previously deported.
The maximum possible penalty is a fine of $250,000 and/or imprisonment of two years, according to the release.
