One killed in fatal crash in Myrtle Beach

A man was killed in a single-car crash during the early morning hours of Tuesday in Myrtle Beach.

The crash happened about 1:25 a.m. Tuesday near 38th Avenue North and Oleander Drive, according to Darris Fowler, Horry County deputy coroner.

Fowler said the man died at the scene from blunt force trauma. The Myrtle Beach Police Department is investigating the crash, Fowler said.
