Former Myrtle Beach football player arrested for aggravated robbery in Ohio

A former Myrtle Beach High School football star Kyle Belack was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery at Ohio University on Wednesday, Dec. 14, according to Woub Digital.

Belcak, a current Ohio University football player, was arrested along with other football players De’smond Noel, Jacob Ready, and Austin Allaby, who is not a member of the team.

Accordng to the website and the Athens Police Department, the trio are alleged to have forcefully entered a University Commons apartment to steal marijuana and money.

While at the apartment the suspects stole more than $5,000, a small amount of marijuana, and threatened those who were in the apartment, while carrying brass knuckles and a wooden club, according to Woub Digital.

According to the website, Ohio spokesman Dan Pittman stated that Ready and Noel have been suspended indefinitely. The website found that Belack’s name is no longer listed on the Ohio Football roster.

Woub Digital reported that all four of the suspects are scheduled for preliminary hearings on Monday.
