Dillon High School on lockdown after shooting
WPDE reported that Dillon High School was put on lockdown due to shots fired on Highway 301 near the school around 2 p.m. Friday afternoon, according to Dillon School District Four Assistant Superintendent Dr. Polly Elkins.
Ekins stated that everyone is safe at the school, and that the lockdown was a precaution.
More details will be released about the actual shooting form the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
