Santee Cooper asks customers to leave porch lights on

WBTW reported that Santee Cooper sent out a request for customers across South Carolina.

The company is asking that those who have power should leave their porch lights on to help night crews figure out who has electricity and who does not.

While a lot of progress has been made since the storm, the company says that they are still working around the clock to restore power.
