Kirkland’s to reopen in Myrtle Beach at SayeBrook Town Center
Kirkland’s home decor and gift store will reopen in the Myrtle Beach SayeBrook Town Center, marking what developers say is the beginning of a new phase of retail development at the location to attract more national stores.
Major retailer anchor stores already located at the center on the corner of U.S. 17 Bypass and S.C. 544 includes Target, Petco and Marshalls.
Kirkland’s closed its store in Coastal Grand mall in January 2015 after declining to renew its lease, but the store at the Arcadian Shores Commons remained open.
A specific opening date for the new store was not announced, but the store expects to open by the fourth quarter of 2016, said Liz McCary, marketing director for town center developer Colliers International.
