New Publix slated to come to Horry County
A new Publix store has been proposed for the south end of Horry County.
David Schwerd, principal planner for Horry County, said the company submitted paperwork to be part of a new commercial development called Prince Creek Village.
This will be located at the corner of Highway 707 and TPC Blvd across from the existing Lowes Food Store.
Schwerd said the Prince Creek Village will have the 45,600-square-foot Publix and attached 9,100-square-foot commercial strip center. There will also be an a detached 8,900-square-foot strip center as well as two outparcels.
