Myrtle Beach area industrial building sold for more than $6.5M. Who bought it?

A recently completed 24,000-square-foot industrial facility in the Myrtle Beach area was sold to a Florida-based company for $6.51 million on Tuesday.

The Cintas Distribution Center, located at 8388 Water Tower Road, was acquired by Jangie LLC, according to a news release.

The facility consists of industrial space designed to support storage, shipping and logistical operations. The building sits in Myrtle Beach’s industrial park and is adjacent to Palmetto Coast Industrial Park.

CBRE, a global real estate firm, facilitated the sale between Cintas and Jangie LLC. The release did not say what products or services were conducted by Jangie, or future plans for the building.

“This transaction reflects continued investor interest in well-located industrial assets with quality, committed tenancy,” CBRE Associate Vice President Robert Hardaway said. “Myrtle Beach’s sustained population growth and improving industrial fundamentals continue to elevate the market’s long-term outlook, particularly for facilities that are strategically positioned to support both regional and last-mile logistics.”
