An off-price retailer is opening a new location in Myrtle Beach. See when

A popular store known for selling brand-name goods at a discount is opening a new location in Myrtle Beach this month.

Burlington Stores is set to open at 1120 Seaboard St. on May 15, making it the 16th one to open in South Carolina. The store also has an existing location in North Myrtle Beach and is set to open one in Conway, according to its website.

The off-price retailer carries everything from women and men’s clothing to house decor and beauty items.

The new location will feature Burlington’s reimagined store design, according to a news release. The more modern style includes more organized aisles and signage to help shoppers navigate better.

“Opening a new, modernized store in Myrtle Beach, is an exciting step for us as we continue expanding Burlington locations nationwide,” CEO Michael O’Sullivan said in the release. “We look forward to giving local Myrtle Beach customers the chance to explore great savings, find fresh brands, and experience our new and improved store design.”

In honor of the opening, Burlington will present a $5,000 donation to teachers at Myrtle Beach Elementary School. The first 100 customers, 18 and over, will also receive $10 toward their purchase.
