Myrtle Beach Italian restaurant closes due to ‘mother’s illness’
A Myrtle Beach Italian restaurant closed so the owner could take care of their mother.
Solé Italian Restaurant, 3401 N Kings Hwy, had a closure sign taped to the front door on Aug. 5. The hand-written note read, “Sorry we are closed due to my mother’s illness. Thank you.”
It is unclear when exactly the restaurant shut down. The inside was being gutted on Tuesday. It not yet known what business may replace Solé.
The Sun News was unable to get in contact with the owner of Solé. The restaurant has a 4.6 rating from over 1,200 Google reviews. Customers spoke highly of the chicken parmesan and the vodka penne.
