North Myrtle Beach area apartments for sale less than 1 year after opening
An apartment complex located outside North Myrtle Beach is for sale less than a year after opening.
The Parkway at 31, 10600 SC 90, has been listed for $46 million on LoopNet. The luxury complex opened at the end of 2024, the manager said over the phone.
There are 200 units total, ranging from one-bedroom one-bathroom units to three-bedroom two-bathroom apartments. Rent starts at $1,445 for a one-bedroom unit and increases to $2,045 for a three-bedroom.
Amenities include two pools, a fitness center and a dog park. Given the $46 million price tag, each unit costs about $230,000. There is space to build an additional 130 units as well.
The Sun News reached out to management at Parkway at 31 but did not hear back before publication. It is unclear why the apartment is for sale.
