A large candy store is for sale in Myrtle Beach for over $1 million. Here’s where it is
Can you imagine 12,000 square feet of candy and all things sugar?
In a bright pink building next to the beach and near the airport, this exists. But now, it’s for sale.
A real estate posting shows that Sugar Kingdom at 4831 South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach is on the market. The listing price is $1.49 million, or $124 a square foot.
According to the listing, this building was first built in 2008 and is nearby Anytime Fitness and Food Lion. The real estate agent on the listing declined to comment.
Horry County land records show that the land was last sold in 2004.
It’s unclear if the building will remain a candy store, or become something else after the sale.
