Animal Tales | All about Copper

This is Copper, he is a mini long-haired dachshund. He is not only a pet, he is part of our family. Copper is very special to us. He was born without his retinas, therefore, he is completely blind. That does not slow him down at all, however, as he loves to go on walks, as well as dig anywhere he can, much like most dachshunds. Digging in the sand is something new to him, though, because about six months ago, we moved to South Carolina from Upstate New York.
