Murrells Inlet residents will soon have another options for coffee and doughnuts.

A Dunkin’ will open at 3961 U.S. 17 Murrells Inlet sometime this summer. The building is still under construction, but its doughnut cases on Thursday looked ready to be filled.

It’s not clear when the new location will open. An email was sent to Dunkin’ officials on Wednesday and had not been returned at time of publication.

Dunkin’, previously known as Dunkin’ Donuts, has around eight locations in the Myrtle Beach area. It started as a doughnut chain in New England but has been putting in new locations across the country.
