New bistro restaurant to open in Market Common. Risotto will be its signature dish

The Market Common has a new restaurant coming: CK’s Bistro.

The bistro, located at 3020 Nevers St., plans to offer a variety of food, such as steak, seafood and sandwiches, according to a press release. Risotto will be the signature dish, as well as a customized chef menu done by Chef Kevin Levine.

The restaurant is slated for a grand opening celebration April 1.

There will be a full bar, live music and a happy hour at the restaurant. CK’s Bistro can be found across the street from Valor Memorial Park.

The restaurant uses fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, according to the press release.
