Indulge Italian Eatery located in Carolina Forest announced its closing on Nov. 7.

The Myrtle Beach area restaurant announced it was closing permanently about 3 p.m. on Facebook. According to a Facebook comment, the restaurant’s last day of business was Sunday, Nov. 5.

Indulge, located along River Oak Street, opened in October 2022 and offered authentic Italian food with a modern twist.

The restaurant said on social media that, “We are excited to leave more room in the Italian and fine dining space so that our neighbors can continue to innovate and build on their success.” The post did not give a reason for the restaurant’s closing.

Executive chef Tim Rouse left Indulge in August, moving to Florida.

The restaurant had consistently high online reviews, averaging four stars or more on Google, Facebook and OpenTable.

“We cannot thank you enough for your support and patronage over the last year,” Indulge wrote.
