O.A.K. Prime Kitchen and Bar, which is in Carolina Forest, opened Friday, according to a Facebook post.

Cypress Grille used to occupy the building, but the business has new owners and has undergone some renovations.

The restaurant, whose name stands for “one of a kind,” boasts dishes with Southern flair, according to its website.

The menu includes grilled octopus, smoked oysters, steaks, salads and burgers. Specialty cocktails range in price from $14-$17.
