A new coffee truck in downtown Conway opened its windows Monday.

A Cup Full is owned by Conway resident Aubrey Cook, who started her own business earlier this year selling coffee, tea and signature lattes at food festivals and business events.

The City of Conway approved operations for the truck at a city owned park, locally referred to as Town Green.

The truck can be found 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday at 200 Laurel St.

“I love to talk to people, and I love coffee,” she said. “I think coffee brings people together.”

A Cup Full has gained a lot of buzz from an online following since opening. Cook said she’s grateful for the local support, and hopes the city will approve more food trucks in the future.

Some of her signature lattes flavors are s’mores, turtle, and marble. Cook also sells hot teas, and flavored green teas such as strawberry peach, blackberry, or passionfruit.

Cook recommends following A Cup Full on social media to get the latest updates on where the food truck will be.
