Which Myrtle Beach brews will make it to the championship? Vote in Round 2

The Sun News is bringing local breweries head-to-head to try to find the top beer brewed near Myrtle Beach.

After the first round of voting, four of the original eight beers have been eliminated after more than 400 ballots were cast.

The first round of the tournament let participants pick four beers they think should move on to the next round.

Now, voting has opened to see which two make it to the final round.

The Breezy American Blonde Ale from Tidal Creek Brew House held the lead with 277 votes.

Tidal Creek’s Harmonic Hefeweizen closely followed with 254 votes.

The Airbrush Hazy IPA and the Wingtip Pilsner, both from Grand Strand Brewing Company, rounded out the top four with 258 and 246 votes, respectively.

The next round of voting will be open until Sunday.

Pick the two beers you think should make it to the championship round and check back on Monday for the next round of voting!
