Duplin Wines will open its first location outside North Carolina in North Myrtle Beach sometime this spring, according to the winery, which is headquartered in Rose Hill, N.C. The new winery will be located adjacent to Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure on U.S. 17.

The location will be 15,000 square feet and able to comfortably accommodate more than 200 guests for guided wine tastings at one time, making it the largest wine-tasting station on the Grand Strand. It also will include more than 5,000 square feet of retail space featuring Duplin wines, as well as specialty drinks, foods and merchandise.

The award-winning Duplin Winery in Rose Hill currently offers relaxed and fun-filled wine tasting tours for more than 100,000 guests each year. Duplin will be providing the same comfortable, inviting and casual atmosphere at its North Myrtle Beach location.
