Rare Buffalo Named ‘Trump' Sports the Most Famous Hairdo on the Internet
Something tells me that the president of the United States would be really honored to find out that a buffalo has been named after him - a very special, very rare albino buffalo at that.
However, this animal isn't American. He lives at a cattle farm in Bangladesh and has been named after Donald Trump because he happens to have the exact same famous hairdo as the commander in chief of the USA (though, if you ask me, the buffalo wears it way better).
@nypost He's the commander-in-beef. An albino buffalo with a fetching coiffed blonde combover is going viral for the wildly spot-on resemblance to President Trump. Learn more at the link in bio.

This video from the New York Post on TikTok that shows a peek at Trump (again, the buffalo, not the president, even though that hairstyle is eerily similar to the human's signature 'do) is going viral, and before you ask, yes, the comments are hilarious.
The owner of the farm, Ziauddin Mridha, told Reuters that he's a pretty chill animal in general.
"My younger brother named the buffalo Donald Trump because the hair on the front of its head resembles Donald Trump," Mridha said. "Despite its striking appearance, it is very calm by nature. It is an albino buffalo, and animals of this type are generally gentle and do not become aggressive unless provoked."
His name, paired with his unique hairstyle, has brought in tons of people to see him (and even take selfies with him) at their farm after he went viral online. Reuters points out that it's common for animals to be given celebrity names to attract attention during Eid, when Muslim families sacrifice livestock per the holiday's tradition.

How Rare Are Albino Buffalos?
Aside from his uncanny resemblance to a controversial public figure, this buffalo is also a big deal because of just how small the chances of him ever being born at all really were.
White buffalos - whether they're white because they have albinism or leucism - are considered extremely rare, and according to National Geographic, the chances of a white buffalo calf being born are just one in every 10 million births.
True albino buffalo are even rarer than white buffalo in general, though due to a lack of studies and record keeping, it's impossible to know exactly how rare. It's easy to tell them apart from a white buffalo with leucism, though; if they're albino, they'll also have traits like pink eyes, hooves, and noses, since they lack all pigment.
Hopefully, Trump the Buffalo is well aware of just how special he is... especially now that people all over the world have seen him in all his glory.
