Legends in Concert Myrtle Beach this week announced the new set of tribute artists that will kick off the theater’s 2014 will include Elvis, Ricky Nelson, Aretha Franklin, Blues Brothers, and Elton John.

These artist will perform from Feb. 7 through May 10 at the theater, located at 2925 Hollywood Drive, near Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach.
Elvis tribute artist Michael Chambliss will open the 2014 season with a limited engagement from Feb. 7-19.
Chambliss, who calls Pigeon Forge, TN home, recently placed in the Top Ten of the 2013 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Finals Contest in Memphis, TN.
Myrtle Beach’s resident Elvis tribute, Leo Days, will return to the Grand Strand on Feb. 20. Leo will be joining the Grand Strand cast fresh off his stint on the highly successful Elvis Lives national tour which performed sold-out shows nationwide this January.
For the first time ever within the Legends In Concert family of shows, Myrtle Beach will feature a Ricky Nelson tribute portrayed by Scott Jordan. Ricky Nelson placed 53 Billboard Hot 100 hits between 1953 and 1970 including “Garden Party”, “Travelin’ Man”, and “Hello Mary Lou.” Nelson was inducted into the Rock and Roll Fame in 1987.
The spring lineup is rounded out nicely with crowd favorites Aretha Franklin, Elton John, and the Blues Brothers.
Denita Asberry pays tribute to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, with her powerful, soaring vocals and a soulful catalog of well-known hits including Aretha’s signature song “Respect.”
Crowds will also be treated to all the sing-along chart-toppers from Elton John. Mitch Adams’ tribute to Sir Elton will span the piano players’ entire career.
Dan Meisner and Russ Peterson will return with their authentic re-creation of the Blues Brothers. Their set will be filled with all of the raucousness, comedy, and zany antics that fans have come to know and love.
South Carolina native, J Lucas, will join the cast in mid-April with his remarkable tribute to Michael Jackson. Lucas pays tribute to the King of Pop through August 31st.
