For the third time in four years, Cole Swindell will perform at the Carolina Country Music Fest in 2018.

This time he will be the artist opening the four-day festival in Myrtle Beach, which begins June 7. Other opening-night acts in previous years were Montgomery Gentry, Gary Allan and Sam Hunt. The McDonald’s Thursday Night Kick Off Concert was initially designed as a locals appreciation night and offers one-day, low-price tickets for the Thursday show.

Swindell is known for his hits “You Should Be Here,”  “Middle of a Memory,” “Flatliner” and “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey.”

Swindell joins Luke Bryan, Toby Keith, Brett Eldredge, Zac Brown Band, Old Dominion and Chris Lane

As of the Dec. 8 announcement, the $179 general admission ticket includes Swindell’s opening night show and admission to all acts Friday through Sunday. Same goes for the $429 main stage VIP and $1,499 super VIP tickets. CCMF has payment plans available.

There is a period where CCMF’s general admission and VIP tickets do not include the opening night. Tickets for the Thursday night only show are $39 apiece.
