Four local playhouses have calendar dates circled this month:
- Atlantic Stage, in Myrtle Beach Mall, at U.S. 17 and S.C. 22, near Briarcliffe Acres: weekly acting classes starting next week, 5:30-7 p.m. (but not July 24-25), with “Stage Management,” Mondays though Aug. 21, and “Acting for the Absolute Beginner,” Tuesdays through Aug. 22 – each $120 for six sessions. 877-287-8587 (ATS-TKTS) or www.atlanticstage.com.
