Lowcountry Blueberry Jam and Festival planned for the weekend

Seventh annual Lowcountry Blueberry Jam & Blueberry Festival – including “Lowcountry Blueberry Toss,” for which one person throws the blueberry and the other catches it in his or her mouth, and music by The Travelin’ Kine and Cane Creek String Band – noon-6 p.m. Sunday, June 25 at Blue Pearl Farms, 9760 Randall Road, near McClellanville (Heading south on U.S. 17 from Georgetown County, turn right S.C. 45 at flashing light, and take Randall Road, the first left, for a little more than a mile. $10 ages and older, otherwise free. 843-887-3554 or bluepearlfarms.com/Blueberry_Festival.html.
