Friday evening of each weekend will kick off at Sandy’s Meet ‘n Eat center stage where guests can participate in karaoke and face painting.
On Saturday events will take place all day beginning with a Pumpkin Carving and Decorating Contest at 9:00 a.m. Next, guests will join in for the Great Pumpkin Hunt, riding in a car or golf cart to solve riddles, find clues, and, of course, find pumpkins. The first team with 10 pumpkins will win the grand prize. At 11:00 a.m. there will be a Halloween Scavenger Hunt.
In true Halloween tradition guests can take part in the costume contests. Even pets are eligible to enter! It costs $5.00 to enter a pet, but all of the proceeds go to Canine Angels Service Dogs, a non-profit organization that trains rescued dogs for disabled veterans and first responders in the Coastal Carolinas.
Trick or Treating will happen at 4:30 p.m. after everyone is dressed up in their costumes.
After the buckets are filled up with goodies and treats there will be a Creepy Site Crawl and a Monster Mash Ball, featuring a DJ dance party. Winners of the Pumpkin Carving Contest and the Creepy Site Crawl will be named at the party.
