It’s time once again to enjoy America’s favorite pastime in Myrtle Beach SC!
Baseball fans can once again hear the crack of the bat and cheer for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans while eating a hot dog and all the other ballpark favorites.
On Thursday, April 7, the Pelicans, class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, will once again appear at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark as they take on the Frederick Keys. The first pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
There are several promotions happening opening night to celebrate the new season. The first 5,000 fans will receive a magnet schedule!
It is also Thirsty Thursday, which means 12 oz. Bud and Bud Light drafts are $1 and 16 oz. cans are $2. This beer special is available from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
Get to the stadium early to get autographs! After the gates open, players will be at home plate for 15 minutes to sign autographs.
Stick around after the game for fireworks!

In addition to a fun night of baseball, the Pelicans always have a fun promotion during the games. Regular promotions include Family Sunday, Backpack Buddies Monday, $2sday Brewsday, Wiener Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday and Locals Appreciation Saturdays.
