So, exactly what is an odditree? The tree’s ornaments are unusual, unexpected, weird, anything but normal.
“This year we’re doing Christmas the Ripley’s way,” says Pablo Chavez, General Manager of Ripley’s Myrtle Beach, “everyone has an odd or strange ornament they leave in the box every year instead of displaying it on their tree. Bring it to us.”
To make this tree the oddest it can be, Ripley’s is asking for you to contribute ornaments.
The Ripley’s attractions on Ocean Boulevard are offering $6 admission for everyone who brings an odd ornament for the tree between November 20-December 31.
The ornament can be homemade, one you have stashed away in your Christmas box or from a store. The ornament must be able to hang on the tree. Remember, the odder the better.
