Wahlburgers adds summertime flavors to its menu with new seasonal dishes

Wahlburgers, the popular burger restaurant founded by Executive Chef Paul Wahlberg and brothers Mark and Donnie, debuts several chef-inspired creations, highlighting fresh summer ingredients with the hearty Surf N’ Turf Burger and the Strawberry Rhubarb Salad. In addition, the restaurant will feature new adult frappes like the Summer Peach Cobbler and Irish Pick Me Up. Those guests looking for a late night bite this summer will enjoy the restaurant’s new extended hours – now open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

A classic lobster roll meets a juicy burger with the new Surf N’ Turf Burger. The new selection showcases fresh chunks of Maine lobster meat topping a 1/3 pound, freshly ground beef burger with melted White cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon finished with lemon chive mayo and served on a pillowy potato bun.

In addition, Chef Paul is combining sweet and savory in a lighter option, the Strawberry Rhubarb Salad with spinach, seared chicken, slivered almonds, and gruyere, topped with fresh cut strawberries and tossed in house-made rhubarb dressing.

On a sweeter note, Wahlburgers is also serving two new thick and creamy adult frappes – The Summer Peach Cobbler, where a sweet southern specialty takes a new form with cherry vodka and peach liqueur blended with graham crackers and vanilla ice cream, and The Irish Pick Me Up, a chilled combination of Jameson Irish Whiskey and Creme de Cocoa blended with coffee ice cream.
