Myrtle Beach has been named the number one city for pizza lovers, according to Business2Community.com.
To create their list of the best cities, editors looked at the density of pizza restaurants in major American cities. Myrtle Beach has 16.1 pizza joints per 10,000 people.
“Pizza is an American staple, and both residents and visitors are fortunate to have so many delicious options for ordering that perfect pizza pie,” said Brad Dean, president and CEO of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. “This ranking’s greater symbolism is that the Myrtle Beach area has an abundance of top restaurants serving everything from pizza and steak to seafood and chicken. There is truly something for every palette, which makes for an exciting culinary experience for everyone.”
