The Myrtle Beach area’s golf courses are integral to the Grand Strand’s identity.

Myrtle Beach’s golf courses have been the site of history-making events and soon the PGA Tour when the inaugural Myrtle Beach Classic begins in May 2024. Indeed, many of the Grand Strand’s historic courses garner national attention and coverage due to their classic design.

However, the Grand Strand is also home to many quality golf courses known to locals but less recognized by non-residents. Given that spring and summer will bring an influx of vacationers looking to get in a round of golf, The Sun News wants readers to tell us which underrated Grand Strand courses are their favorite.

Prospective voters will have one week to complete the survey, and results will be published afterward.
