Myrtle Beach man charged with statutory sex offense with child under the age of 15
Blair Desmond Fleming of Myrtle Beach was arrested Monday morning in Brunswick County (N.C.) and charged with statutory rape of a child under the age of 15.
The 26-year-old was being held on $250,000 bond as of Tuesday afternoon.
