Video shows man kicking 4-week-old kitten, breaking into home
North Carolina authorities are looking for two men after surveillance video shows one of them kicking a 4-week-old kitten and breaking into a home in Tabor City.
On Oct. 18, two men reportedly broke into a home located on Old Stake Road around 1 p.m., according to the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office.
Police say the men pulled up to the home in a white Ford F-150 truck.
One of the suspects then walked up to the front door and knocked on it, but the victim who was inside the home did not answer the door, authorities explained.
Video shows the man turning away from the door and then kicking the kitten, which quickly ran off the porch. He then turned back towards the door and kicked it in.
The men fled the scene when they encountered the victim inside the home, police said.
The truck they were seen driving has a white painted grill and a silver toolbox in the bed.
If you have any information regarding the incident or the suspects’ identities, police ask that you contact the Columbus County Sheriff's Office Detective Division at (910) 640-6629.
