There’s a new place for nature enthusiasts to go hiking in South Carolina—and it’s right here in Horry County.

The 237-acre Waccamaw River Park opened Monday, and is located in Conway off U.S. Highway 501 on 1050 Depot Road, according to Conway Parks, Recreation & Tourism website.

The park is home to many species of wildlife, and features amenities such as a picnic shelter, walking trails, a mountain bike trail, observation platforms and even a 9-hole disk golf course.

Visitors can also bring their dogs as long as they’re on a leash, the website says.

It is open everyday from 7:30 a.m. to sunset.
